The coaching bench comprises practitioners who have advised C-suites across the Global 1000, drawing directly from the frameworks powering PrimeIQ and from hard-won experience at the front lines of enterprise AI adoption. Andrea has spent decades working at the intersection of strategy, data, organizational effectiveness, and emerging technology. At Salesforce, she held leadership roles across go-to-market strategy, data, and AI, contributing to the early development and launch of Data 360 and Agentforce. She served as the Strategy advisor to the Office of the CEO and COO and led the company’s global next-generation Corporate Strategy team to help companies up-level with AI. Previously, Andrea founded and led Pareto Strategy for 20 years, advising Global 1000 companies, conglomerates, and venture-backed startups on growth, market expansion, product strategy, partnerships, and M&A. Earlier in her career, she established Kaiser Associates’ first Asia-Pacific operations in Seoul and Singapore. Andrea holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
