Andrew focuses on the intersection of data, technology, and government at the Bloomberg Center for Government Excellence, part of the new School of Government at Johns Hopkins University. Prior to his time at Hopkins, he worked for the Governor's office in New York State, as well as the City of New York, where he led open data and other innovation programs. He also served as the Deputy Director of Information Technology for the NYC Parks Department for ten years.
