Holding a PhD in Management Information Systems, my focus is on turning complex, high-risk programmes into practical, measurable business outcomes — bringing clarity, alignment, and structure to multi-account, multi-team environments. Leading a high-performing team of Data & AI professionals across multiple global enterprise accounts, a significant part of my role involves shaping how teams work — building trust, removing friction, and creating the conditions for people to do their best work. Beyond delivery, people development is at the heart of everything I do.
