Ciara Twomey Nielsen
Global Rovo AI Practice Lead
Ciara Twomey Nielsen is the Global Rovo AI Practice Lead at Eficode, where she drives enterprise adoption of Atlassian's AI capabilities: from Rovo agents and MCP integrations to multi-agent orchestration patterns that transform how teams work. She leads a cross-functional practice spanning consulting, solution architecture, and go-to-market, helping organisations move from AI curiosity to measurable operational impact. With deep expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem and a developer-centered approach to tooling and integration, Ciara bridges the gap between platform capabilities and real business outcomes. She works with enterprise customers across Europe on AI strategy, Rovo deployment, and building the internal muscle for continuous AI adoption. Based in Sweden, Ciara is an active voice in the Atlassian community by leading the Malmö Atlassian Community group and speaking at events. She's driven by a simple belief: AI adoption is a cultural transformation, not just a technical rollout.
