Dimitri Geelen

Dimitri Geelen builds things that don't need him once they're done. Frameworks, transitions, agentic systems — the measure of success is always the same: does it hold up when he leaves the room? He understands not just how to deploy, but what it takes for a new service to survive and scale inside a complex enterprise. He works from a holistic end-to-end view, addressing the elements that are situationally essential for success, including but not limited to: the support model, the governance, the early life discipline. At Shell he built the transition management framework that became the global standard — personally leading 80+ transitions and providing the methodology for 1,000+ more across Shell globally. The past year he spent building with Claude Code — 30+ projects spanning AI application engineering, agentic framework development, and full-lifecycle infrastructure engineering. Real things he actually uses, not tutorials. Enough to know where these systems perform, what they need to be consistent, and what enterprise governance has to look like around them. That understanding does not come from reading about it.
