Customer Solutions Manager
Imaan Tariq is a cloud transformation strategist and GenAI practitioner with 5+ years of experience at AWS, where she partners with ISVs to drive complex migration, modernization, and AI innovation journeys. As a Customer Solutions Manager, she specializes in guiding customers through the full generative AI lifecycle: from early use-case brainstorming to production-ready solutions - building deep trust through hands-on collaboration and technical curiosity. An active GenAI ambassador, Imaan is constantly experimenting with emerging AI tools and frameworks to push the boundaries of what's possible for customers, and has co-led hands-on enablement initiatives that have given hundreds of CSMs the tools and confidence to prototype real GenAI solutions alongside their customers. She has also co-authored multiple blogs on agentic AI and identity security published on the AWS Partner Network. A Software Engineering graduate of San José State University, she also holds four AWS certifications: Solutions Architect Associate, Cloud Practitioner, AI Practitioner, and Developer Associate.
