Melanie leverages 25+ years of experience to guide organizations in building data-driven cultures and scale initiatives. A trusted advisor to C-suite executives, she believes technological transformation requires organizational and cultural evolution. Her team empowers customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to maximize their data and AI potential. Previously, at AWS ANZ, she led programs that skilled over 200,000 individuals, including pioneering GenAI training for non-technical audiences. At Microsoft South Africa, she managed Consumer Channels Group and Marketing and Operations. Earlier roles spanned across Europe and Africa. Melanie is a qualified Art Therapist supporting individuals to overcome mental health challenges.
