Nadia HANSEN

Global AI Strategist

Salesforce

Nadia Hansen is a Global GTM AI Strategist at Salesforce, where she focuses on AI go-to-market strategy for the public sector. She's also an adjunct faculty at UNLV's Lee Business School and Nevada State University, where she teaches AI strategy and agent-building to executives, government leaders, and small business owners. Before Salesforce, Nadia spent 12+ years as CIO of Clark County, Nevada, where she led a technology portfolio serving millions of residents. Her path there wasn't linear — she moved through art school, a computer science degree, community college, multiple countries, and government leadership before eventually earning her MBA from UCLA Anderson and pivoting into AI strategy and education. That nonlinear path is a running theme in how she teaches: she's less interested in credentialed shortcuts and more in showing people how to actually build. She's delivered 100+ keynotes, including talks at CES, Dreamforce, and the U.S. Conference of Mayors, and has been recognized as a Top 50 AI Leader and featured in Inc. Magazine. She's a Salesforce Trailhead Ranger and Champion, and writes Hack to the Future, a newsletter on practical AI for builders and leaders with 3,500+ subscribers.
