Lead Data Scientist
Natalie Gilbert is a Lead Data Scientist at AT&T who is passionate about building AI and data-driven solutions for complex enterprise problems. Her work spans generative AI, agentic workflow systems, fraud prevention, network data engineering, workforce productivity, and LLM evaluation. She currently helps lead AT&T’s Enterprise HR agentic transformation and holds an M.S. in Data Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Computer Science from Tufts.
