Research Scientist
Neiwen Ling is currently a Research Scientist at ByteDance. She previously served as a Postdoctoral Associate at Yale University and received her Ph.D. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her current research focuses on building efficient and reliable RL infrastructure for LLM post-training.
