Sara Zanzottera is a Agentic AI Lead at BGB Group. She worked on several GenAI projects such as autonomous voice agents, multimodal chatbots, RAG applications, and many more. She was also a core maintainer of Haystack, one of the most mature open-source LLM frameworks. She started her career at CERN as a Python software engineer on the particle accelerator’s control systems.
