At this event: BasilMinTyme Limited
Sarah Liu
Founder and CTO
Sarah Liu is the Founder and CTO of BasilMinTyme, where she is building ThymeLine, a WhatsApp-first customer engagement and CRM-linked conversation platform for businesses that rely heavily on customer conversations. She has over 30 years’ experience in IT and software development, with a strong background in integrations, messaging platforms, customer data, and business workflow automation. As a solo technical founder, Sarah uses AI-augmented development to move from idea to working product quickly while keeping human engineering judgement, product thinking, and real customer needs at the centre. Her current work explores how small teams and solo builders can use AI practically to build, ship, test, and improve real digital products — beyond demos and hype.
