She has led and supported transactions exceeding $100 million and founded First Impact Partners, an AI-native venture builder that has supported 16 startups in raising over $10 million and built a network of 1,000+ founders, investors, and ecosystem partners. Her experience spans four investment funds (combined AUM $2B+), where she has evaluated 650+ startups in the past 5 years and developed investment theses across industrial decarbonisation and bioeconomy. An MBA graduate from London Business School and an ACCA-qualified finance professional, she is passionate about mobilising capital to accelerate the commercialisation of climate hardware and deep tech solutions.
