Smitha G is Director of Technical Program Management (TPM) and Agentic AI SDLC Engineering Leader at ThoughtSpot. She is a technology leader, evangelist, innovator and strategist with a wealth of experience building and scaling complex technology platforms, driving large cross-functional initiatives and leading engineering organisations. She has worked with companies including Microsoft, Target, Amazon, Amadeus and Google and has held both technical program management and engineering leadership roles. At Google, she led strategic program portfolios across Ads, Search and YouTube with a strong focus on GenAI-powered products and platforms. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from AIT, Chikmagalur, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire, UK and has completed an Executive General Management Program from IIM Bangalore.
