Tania Banerjee is a Data Engineering Manager at Amazon, where she leads a team building AI-powered platforms for Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME). Her systems monitor sustainability metrics, EV charger health, labor scheduling, and spare parts inventory across 1,400+ global facilities. Prior to her management role, Tania spent 3 years as Senior Data Engineer at Amazon designing the core architectures for FlowMS (water monitoring), HVAC intelligence, and refrigeration monitoring — collectively forming Amazon's Climate Pledge AI platform. Tania holds an MS in Geospatial Science from Missouri State University and a BE in Computer Engineering from University of Pune. She is a WomenTech Network Founding Member, ADPList mentor in AI and Data Engineering, and has over a decade of experience in data engineering, cloud computing, and AI/ML systems. Her work has been featured in Facilities Dive and Amazon's Sustainability Exchange.
