Will Pfleger
Software Engineer
Will Pfleger is a software engineer at Block and a core contributor to Buzz, the platform where people and AI agents collaborate side by side. He came up through security detection and response, building the infrastructure that finds and fixes what's broken before it matters — a background that now shapes how Buzz makes agents dependable enough to trust. Along the way he built oncall-buddy, co-built Block's goose-powered Slack agent platform, and helped drive agent adoption across the company.
