Annual Japan Night Davos (Jan 22, 7:15-9:15pm) at Central Sporthotel Davos. ~500 WEF participants attended. Opening remarks by Yoshiaki Fujimori (LIXIL President) and Takeshi Niinami (LAWSON President). WEF Chairman Klaus Schwab and 17 Japanese company representatives performed ceremonial sake barrel opening (kagami-biraki). Wagyu dinner; traditional Japanese cultural elements. Co-organized by JETRO, MAFF, JA Zen-Noh, NTT DATA and 17 major Japanese corporations.
